The staff at the front desk provided exceptional service, accommodating an early check-in with a smile. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and noticed a thoughtful breakfast addition of biscuits and gravy. However, the shower in my room didn't work, and the water was surprisingly cool after a long drive, which was disappointing. Additionally, I encountered some hair shavings in the tub, which detracted from my experience.

Family reunion friendly stay
The staff here were fantastic. One morning, Ashley & Kyle went out of their way to help me get my car started in the rain. It was just a small act, but it shows you the kind of people you’re dealing with. The breakfast spread was better than I expected, really fresh and varied options. Perfect for all the hungry family!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still reasonable for what you get.

During my stay, I was impressed by how Daisy at the front desk went out of her way to help me store my ice packs and the yummy breakfast spread made my mornings bright. The outdoor pool and sun loungers were fantastic spots to unwind after a busy day. The only hiccup was the noise from the adjoining room, but overall, it was a lovely experience! 😊

We enjoyed our stay with family while visiting the National Aquarium in Baltimore, which is a must-see. The spacious room was comfortable, and the staff made check-in smooth. Plus, the convenient location made it easy to plan our outings, saving us time.
My wife says that the breakfast could use improvement, as the selection was quite limited.

This place was just a perfect match for a weekend stopover in Towson with value for money. I had to wait quite a bit to check in, but I appreciated the front desk staff's friendly attitude when I finally got to them. Make sure to check if the hot water is working before settling in.

I recently stayed here for three nights, and I have to say the breakfast was incredible—especially the bacon, perfectly crisp! The bottled water machine in the lobby was a nice touch, too. However, my room's TV was a bit problematic, which didn’t bother me much since I was mostly out and about. I would definitely choose this place again!

The view from our sixth-floor room was stunning—definitely snag an even-numbered room! Plus, the location was super convenient.
The kids were all geared up for the pool, but alas, it was closed! Guess we should've brought snorkels for the bathtub.

Awesome stay with great amenities!
We stayed 3 nights and loved the giant king room! The fridge and coffee maker were super handy. Breakfast was always fresh, and there were plenty of comfy spots to chill with family. The outdoor pool was a hit! Just wish the lobby had better AC. The vibe outside was a bit sketchy at times.
